Who may use MyCigarHunt
MyCigarHunt is for adults of legal age to purchase tobacco products where they live, and in any case 21 or older. By using the site you confirm that you are.
What MyCigarHunt is
MyCigarHunt is an independent cigar reference and product-discovery service. We don’t sell cigars or any tobacco product, take orders or handle payments. When you follow a link to a retailer you leave MyCigarHunt, and any purchase is between you and that retailer, on its terms.
Information on the site
Cigar specifications come from what manufacturers publish. Prices and availability are observed on retailers’ public websites and shown with the time they were last seen; they may have changed since, and the retailer’s own site is the final word. We work to keep the information accurate but can’t guarantee it is complete, current or error-free, so please check with the retailer before you buy. See how prices are compared.
Retailers and ordering of offers
Retailers do not pay to appear, and the order of offers never depends on any business relationship. Our disclosure explains how MyCigarHunt may earn money.
Accounts and your notes
If you create an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what you save to it. You can delete your notes at any time; the privacy notice explains what is stored.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other people’s data, or to copy the catalog in bulk by automated means.
Trademarks and imagery
Product names, trademarks and product imagery belong to their respective owners. MyCigarHunt is not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturers shown unless explicitly stated. A rights holder can ask for an image to be corrected, re-credited or removed (about product imagery).
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
